SOG’22 コロナ対策について

  • sea of green’22入場の際、全ての参加者へ検温を実施します。
    37.5度以上の発熱がある方は入場できません。
    その場合のチケット払い戻しもありませんので悪しからずご了承ください。
  • 会場内には医療従事者が待機している救護施設を用意しています。
    体調などの悪い方は遠慮せずにご相談ください。

イベント参加についての注意事項

  • 雨天決行いたしますが、台風直撃などの場合は中止します。
  • 開催途中のやむを得ない中止の場合でも、チケットの払い戻しはいたしません。
    また、お客様のご都合や、イベント出演者の急なキャンセル、変更に関してもチケットの払い戻しはいたしませんので、ご了承ください。
  • 会場内はペット禁止となりますので、ペットをお連れされないようご注意ください。
  • 会場内でのタバコのポイ捨てはお止め下さい。
    （喫煙者は必ず携帯用灰皿をご用意ください。）
  • 火気の使用は、決められた場所でのみご使用ください。
    会場での直火は禁止となっております。焚き火をする際はかならず焚き火台をご利用ください。また火の始末には、各自十分ご注意ください。
  • オートキャンプサイト以外のエリアへの食べ物の持ち込みは禁止しています。
    持ち込んだゴミは各自お持ち帰りください。守れない方が多い場合は、以後禁止になる可能性があります。
  • スタッフの指示に従えない人、ルールを守れない人は、いかなる理由があろうと退場していただく場合がございます。
    場合によっては身柄を警察に引き渡します。
  • タープ、テントのガイロープはできるだけ短めでお願いいたします。
  • 夏ですが会場は山の中ですのでレインコートや防寒具のご用意をお忘れなく、寝袋は各自ご用意ください。
    又暗い場所もありますので懐中電灯などの持参をお勧めいたします。
  • 会場内の川は各自お客様の責任の範囲内でお遊びください。
    事故、トラブルに関してイベント側、会場側での責任は負えません。
  • 車のエンジンは周りの方のご迷惑になりますので、駐車後お切りください（キャンピングカー含む）。
  • 小型発電機のお持ち込みは禁止しています。
  • サバイバルゲームや類似する行為はお断りいたします。
    また、ドローンなどの空中にて動かすラジコンなどについても使用は禁止しております。
  • お子様連れの方は、保護者さまの責任の範囲内でお遊びください。
  • イベント会場への再入場（車での再入場も不可）はできませんので、お間違えの無いようよろしくお願いします。
  • 不正入場が発覚した場合、理由の如何にかかわらず身柄を警察に引き渡します。又、損害賠償を請求いたします。
  • 主催者が運営などに支障をきたす、または来場者の安全確保に必要と判断した場合、その告知時期・方法に関わらず、やむをえず運営上のルールを変更する場合がございます。
  • イベント側、会場側では、イベント当日に発生した全ての事故、トラブルについて、一切責任は負いませんので、ご了承ください。

チケットに関する注意事項

  • sea of green’22のテントサイトはフリーサイトになっております。
    『2days Ticket＋AUTO CAMPING SITE』以外の券種にはキャンプサイト使用料（3,000円）が含まれています。別途キャンプサイト使用料やテントチケットなどのご購入の必要はありません。（ゆとりを持ったテント数を想定してチケット販売をしていますのでご安心ください）
  • チケットは2日間通しチケットです。1dayチケットの販売はありません。
  • 駐車場チケットは場内駐車場がなくなり次第、場外駐車場に変更になりますので、お早めのご購入をお勧めします。
  • 中学生以下は無料。高校生以上は入場チケットが必要になります。
  • チケットには限りがありますので、無くなり次第終了とさせていただきます。
  • オートキャンプサイトご利用希望の方は、必ずAUTO CAMP SITEチケットをご購入ください（限定枚数）
  • フリーサイトのみ10/17（月）までキャンプOKです。
    （駐車場代600円と宿泊費として600円が別途必要）

sea of green Rules and Regulations

  • The event will not be cancelled due to inclement weather (excluding natural disasters).
  • Please note that ticket refunds will not be made due to artist cancellation.
  • It is not permitted to brings pets to the event.
  • Please use a portable ashtray if you smoke.
  • Using the fire is only allowed in designated areas. Open fire is not allowed in the event. Please use the Bonfire stand for it. Please take a good care after using fire.
  • Bring eatable and drinkables are allowed only in auto campsite.
  • Make sure to bring back trashes. (There’s a possibility that festival will not be hold next year due to trash problem)
  • Persons found to have entered the festival illegally will be reported to the police and will be put under the care of local police officials. The person will also be charged for compensation.
  • Please use the guy rope as short as possible.
  • The festival venue is located in a mountainous region. Please be prepared with an appropriate outfit for cold weather, raining. Sleeping bag, lights are necessary during night.
  • Please turn off the car engine during the event.
  • It is not permitted to bring small dymano to the event.
  • Please do not start survival game or something similar to this.
  • Also, Using drone is strictly prohibited. If you are with children, Please enjoy within the responsibility.
  • Re-entry to the event is not permitted.
  • The production, the venue and the artists are not responsible for accidents and thefts in and out of the event venue.
  • Be sure to acquire transportation and/or lodging yourself before coming to the festival.
  • Also, those who have not acquired a parking pass in advance are prohibited from parking at the venue.
  • Please also note that parking passes and lodging packages available at the website are limited.

  • You can purchase tickets at sea of green official website, online sales and record store.

  • Parking ticket is necessary if you are coming by car. 1 ticket is valid for 1 car.
  • Please note that ticket refunds will not be made due to cancellation during the event.
